Hayden Hawke’s leveling secrets guide will show you how to level in many different situations using several different techniques. You will learn how to best play your character, and you will do all that being able to go where you want to.

Personally I like to enjoy the game. I like to master my character, not just say that I hit the level cap. What good does it do me if I don’t know how to play it when I get there?

Anyone can use this guide, but there are some techniques that will require you to have another high level character (on a separate account), or be able to run two versions of the client on your machine (dual boxing). Not everyone can do this.

Hayden starts off giving you a short introduction of the guide and then jumps right into telling you how she was able to reach level 80 in under 3 days. Here she gives a general overview of the techniques she used to do it. Further on in the guide she goes into more detail of the techniques. She then talks about how you can earn up to 600k an hour by leveling in the battlegrounds. (This is all in what could be considered the introduction to the guide)

Preparation

Preparing your character before you go out to level is an important step in maximizing your leveling time. Taking just a few minutes before you go out to level adds up and you will be able to reach 80 in less time.

As part of the preparation section Hayden talks about add-ons, elixirs and flasks, enchantments and enhancements, food and drink, heirlooms, potions, and the recruit-a-friend program.

Class Preparation

In this section Hayden Hawke gives you an overview of each class, talks about their strengths and weaknesses, stats you should get, gear to look for, talent templates, and how to best level that class.

Power Leveling Types

There are several different ways to power level your character. Questing, soloing, dual boxing, doing instances, and AoE are just a few. In this section she talks about these and some other ways to power level.

Solo Guide

I think the name says it doesn’t it? Follow the solo guide to level to 80 all by yourself. Just you and your character, no special requirements. She gives recommended leveling areas for each level (marked maps included) along with tips on how to make some good money along the way. Example videos of leveling in some of the areas is included at the end of the section.

AoE Guide

This section is dedicated to leveling using AoE abilities and like the solo guide is full of recommended leveling areas. The introduction to this section has some great info on how the mobs work and strategies to best defeat groups of mobs. Example videos of leveling in some of the areas is included at the end of the section.

Run Through Guide

This section is for people who want to use a high level character to help run themselves through instances. She provides areas to level in for each level along with tips and strategies for leveling. Also included are some example videos of leveling this way in some of the areas.

You guessed it. This section is based on helping you level by doing quests. In this section you will find areas best suited to help you level at certain areas. If you really want someone to tell you exactly what quests to do you can use a questing add-on (like my #2 recommendation Zygor Guides), but that is not what Hayden Hawke’s leveling guide is about. She will give you the best areas to do quests and you can pick and choose which quests you want to do in that area.

This only has two parts to it. In the first Hayden lists out all the experience that is required for each level. It’s more for those curious minds who want to know. The other part is links to sites like wowarmory.com, thottbot.com, and some others.
